Hey guys,
Which is the better beef protein powder in your opinion:
1. Ultra Premium 100% Beef Isolate (Everbuild)
2. Monster beef protein (Amix)
Thank you in advance.

I gave you that answer because beef protein powder is a terrible choice for a protein powder. It is extremely low in the essential amino acids required to induce muscle protein synthesis and high in non essential amino’s. It’s made from collagen.

Buy steak or beef. Not protein powder. Beef protein is the hot dog of the supplement world. Even though the ads show Kai Greene eating a fat chunk of steak it's actually more collagen and parts of a cow you're not typically eating. Think about how much even ground beef is per oz. Does it make sense for a company to pay that price to grind it up into a protein powder and them be as cheap as they are?

Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

There are a ton of non-beef isolate proteins that are considered "good". Are you lactose intolerant? Are you looking for the best possible flavoring? The highest protein content? Give us some more context clues here so we can help out.

OP. I'm glad you're finally getting it.
Protein is protein in the context of a high protein diet, except for things like BeefIso - collagen. Use whatever powder meets your macros, you like the taste and fits your budget. In the end, the only thing that matters is meeting your macro. If you need the help and powdered food helps, cool. If not, then don't use it.
