I do this as standard. I make sandwiches in the morning, add boiled eggs and fruit, then watch in front of the canteen TV at lunchtime.
On occasion I will buy a hot meal (not top notch cuisine but good value) or a large baguette. It is just so much cheaper to take in your own nutrients."Honor is something that all men are born with. It cannot be taken from you nor can it be granted. It must only not be lost."

Get on that OMAD time son. I spend my lunch hour sitting in my truck playing guitar, cleaning guns, listening to music and just doing whatever I feel like. Its very liberating to not have to worry about fixing lunch at home or having to go get some real quick at some chitty fast food place

Been packing my lunch to work for like 5 years now. Hnnnng quality meals without having to hunt down menus to find items with decent macro ratios, and significantly cheaper than eating out every day. Usually costs me about $20 to prepare 5 lunches for the week, I would be spending 3× that per week easily to eat out every day instead.
And side bonus is that I get a 15-20 minute nap in while everybody else is just getting back to the building with their food...Permabulk/bloatlord Crew

Sometimes I do but regardless, I always take an hour break or so usually because I can. Staying in your office for 8 hours straight is AIDS. Gotta get away for a while during the middle of it.

Yes, and never in my life had an issue with this. Always properly package and refrigerate cooked foods and they stay good. I've accidentally eaten stuff that was over a week old before and never gotten any ill effect from it.
Also, if that bothers you then cook on Sunday then again on Wednesday ya fukkin R-tard. It's meal prep, not rocket surgery...Permabulk/bloatlord Crew
