Almond Joy frozen protein pudding
1- 2 scoops of XTEND Choc Lave Cake Whey
2- 1 heaping tbs of flaked unsweetened coconut or shredded coconut
3- some unsweetened almond milk
4- 2 tbs of unsalted chunky almond butter (Trader Joe Brand)
5- a couple of almonds to top it off
Mix all the ingredients in a freezer save container then cover and place in the freezer for at least
3 hrs until solid. When you remove from the freezer to eat let it sit a few minutes to soften slightly.

These ^^^^^are strictly for the rich chocolate lovers but be warned they are NOT sweet
just extremely chocolaty so if you want them sweeter or heavier just add either sugar,
sweeteners, and any sources of fat such as butter or coconut oil. I wanted them just for
the chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
1- 1 cup of oat powder
2- 2 scoops of XTEND Choc Lava Cake Isolate
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 1 tsp of baking soda
5- 2 tbs of unsweetened 100% cacao powder
6- 1 bar of 72% dark cacao 1.65oz bar cut up into tiny pieces
7- 3 tbs of nonfat yogurt
8- 2 egg whites
9- 1 whole 15oz can of pumpkin (this is for the texture and the choc masks the flavor)
10-4-6oz of unsweetened almond milk
11- dark choc chips to put on the top before it goes into the oven

Ingredients
1- 1/2 cup of oat powder
2- 1 1/2 scoops of Xtend Choc Lava Cake Isolate
3- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
4- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
5- 1/4 cup of dark choc chips
6- 1/4 cup of Peanut Butter Chips
7- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
8- 2 heaping tbs of chunky unsalted peanut butter
9- 1 tbs of liquid vanilla extract
10-2 egg whites
Mix all the dry ingredients together then add the PB and stir until it's well blended then add the
extract and the egg whites and mix all the ingredients until you are left with a cookie dough.
Scoop out with a cookie scoop and drop the balls of dough onto a nonstick pan that has been
coated with nonstick spray, then take the back of a fork that has also been coated with spray
and flatten down the dough then place the pan into a 325 degree preheated oven for about
8-10min depending on your stove. These cookies take best chilled right out of the fridge where
you should store them after baking.

Frosted Mini Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients
1- 1/2 cup of oat powder
2- 2 scoops of Xtend Choc Lava Isolate
3- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
4 1/2 tsp of baking soda
5- 1/2 bar of 72% dark cacao cut into tiny pieces 1.65oz bar
6- 1 banana mashed up into almost liquid in a separate bowl (this is for texture)
7- 2 egg whites
8- 3 tbs of nonfat yogurt
9- 1 tbs of vanilla liquid extract
10-1-2oz of unsweetened almond milk
11- some dark choc chips and this is not mixed into the batter
Mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and blend together then spoon the
batter into two small round baking dishes filling them 1/2 full. Drop about 10 choc
chips onto the batter in the baking dishes then cover it with the rest of the batter
filling up the dishes. Place them in a 325 degree preheated oven and bake for about
25min or until firm on top. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before
frosting them.
Frosting- Add 1 scoop of the Xtend Choc Lava to a bowl and slowly drop a few drops of water
and stir briskly until you get a thick spreadable consistency. Spread the frosting on the cakes
then place them in the fridge so the frosting firms up a bit before eating.

Frosted Chocolate Mint Coconut Protein Cake
Ingredients
1 cup of oat powder
1 tbs of coconut flour
2 scoops of XTEND Choc Lava Cake Isolate
1/2 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup of chocolate mint chunks (Aldi's brand and run and get it before it's gone!)
1 mashed up banana into almost liquid in a separate bowl then add to batter for texture
2 egg whites
3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
2 tbs of liquid mint extract
2-3oz of unsweetened almond milk
Frosting- In a bowl add 1 scoop of XTEND Choc Lava Cake Isolate and 1/2 scoop of a casein
based choc protein. Mix both of the proteins together in the bowl then slowly add drops of
water and stir briskly until you get a thick spreadable texture. Spread the protein frosting
all over the cake then garnish with a little shredded coconut.

Chocolate Espresso Chip Hazel Nut Cookies
Ingredients
3/4 cup of oat powder
2 scoops of Xtend Choc Lava Isolate
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2 heaping tbs of decaffeinated coffee
1/2 cup of espresso choc flavor chips (if you can't find these then just use regular dark choc chips)
1/4 cup of dry roasted hazel nuts cut in half
4oz of unsweetened applesauce
2 heaping tbs of unsalted almond butter
1 tbs of liquid coffee extract
1 whole egg
