Animal Cuts Usage? Help
Hello everyone. New to this forum, Sorry for my bad English in advance as i'm from Middle East. My question is i took animal cuts for 2 months and took a break of 1 month. i have lost around 6 kgs while using animals cuts but gained again in that 1 month of break, Because of eating junk and all. Now should i start again taking animal cuts and for how long i can take those? 3 months or more? Should i keep using it until i reach my goal? Or does it effects my body? (Someone told me 2 months were enough else your kidney will get effected etc)

You don't even need animal cut. Just count your calories.
