    Had 3 more great workouts with WW.
    On my arms day, used 1.5 scoop of WW with evl pump mode (1.5g hydromax + 1g betaine nitrate). Pumps were as good as I expected. Did lower weights, energy was stronger of course, not so clean and a bit jittery.
    On my chest/back day used 1 scoop of WW. Energy was smooth, it kicked in smoothly and felt very clean, as if I've slept for 10 hours (sleep roughly 6 - set my alarm earlier to prepare for exams )
    And today was my shoulders day. used 1 scoop of WW and had a nice morni


    DUMBBELL LATERAL RAISE - 30 lbs x 15 (slow reps)
    BARBELL SHRUG - 130 lbs x 10
    BENT-OVER LATERAL RAISE - Didn't do this
    DUMBBELL FRONT RAISE - 50 lbs x 10
    ARNOLD PRESS - 120 lbs x 10

    And finished it with cardio.

    3 more workouts with white warped.
    Again, on my arms day, used 1.5 scoop of WW, added a scoop of evl pump mode (1.5g hydromax + 1g betaine nitrate) and bronkaid. Workout was insane - strong pumps, strong energy and finally, a feeling of euphoria. Even did 20min. cardio and still had some energy left, after I was done
    On my shoulders day used only 1 scoop of WW and energy was okay. Didn't feel overstimulated, pumps were okay.
    And finally on my chest back day, used 1.5 scoops of ww with nitrosigine. I think, such combo slightly improved pumps, but still not completely sure.

    Mostly used lower weights since, after my arms day, I got my neck stiff lol.

    EZ curls - 80lbs x 10
    Concentration curls - 30 lbs x 15
    DB curls - 40lbs x 10
    Hammer curls - 50 lbs x 10
    Reverse curls - 110 lbs x 10



    Rope push-down - 110 lbs x 10
    Dips
    Single Arm DB Extensions - 35 lbs x 10
    Straight-bar pushdown - 130 lbs x 10
    DB kickback - 35 lbs x 10


    On my shoulders day, used 1 scoop of WW with 2g of nitrosigine. Didn't sleep that night well, so didn't feel any improvement in energy tbh
    And finally on my chest/back day, used 1.5 scoop of WW. Energy from WW seems slightly lower after continious use. Felt slight improvement in energy and pumps were improved.

    Strong arm workout with some GOOD poundage and now you know why I can't use the same pre
    more than once or maybe 2x a week cause of a quick tolerance to the same amount of caffeine
    and stimulants. Today I used White Warped but on my next workout I'll use something with under
    300mg of caffeine and I'll add a couple of nootopics to it to boost the energy and focus without
    adding more caffeine.

    My log has slowly come to an end. Today had my last scoop of White Warped. Overall, I liked this pre and here are my final thought:


    Flavor - 3/5 (sour gummy worm) I still wasn't much impressed with this flavor. Although people where saying it was sweet, I didn't feel sweetness, no matter if I mixed it in 8oz, 10oz or 12oz. In fact, I would prefer if it were a bit sweeter.


    Mixability - 5/5 Always mixed very well. Just slight foam on top, which would disperce in seconds.


    Energy & Focus - 3/5 I remember, first time I tried this pre, 1 scoop gave me plenty of energy. But for my last workouts, I had to use 1.5 scoops, otherwise didn't feel much improvement. At 1.5 scoops, energy is very good. It's one of those pres, which make me drive faster to get to the gym


    Pumps - 3.5/5 Pumps were always nice. Especially enjoyed it on my chest/back and shoulder days, when I wanted smooth energy and some pumps. But for arms day, pumps were definitely not enough. On arms day, adding some citrulline worked great for me. Otherwise, would use a different pre for arms day and stick to this one on chest/back and shoulder days.

    So far, I've tried White flood, white warped, purple wraath, promore, white rapids, white pipes and white pumps. In terms of the energy, I liked white flood most. In terms of pumps - white rapids. White Warped stands somewhere between them.
