    Smile Need your advice, guys!

Hi all. I really need your advice, because after one year I lost 10 kg, I currently have 70 kg. I want to go on the Police Academy and I'll pass the exam in May. However, I still have a lot of fat on my abdomen and chest, although I have 70 kg at 1.76. How can I make it through May to June? A calorie deficit 10 weeks then bulking? What tips do you have? I would ask you to look at the pictures from my profile. I look forward to your advice. Thank you all!

P.S. I have lipomastia, not gyno, on mamographie.

IMHO if I were you, I wouldn't be focused so much on bulking or the fat so much; but rather doing the exercises that they will test you on with more intensity so when you do get to the academy you are ready for that. Then when you get past that then focus on bulking.

As for the fat, if you eat even decently (not a serious diet) and do the exercises they list with consistency and high-intensity you will burn the calories while prepping yourself for what you will encounter at the academy. Those challenges you can easily google.

I know most on here are about this and that type of diet, but I believe in eating in a way where it's not a diet per-say, just a life style.
Crossfit = A LOT of doctor visits.

You certainly don't need to be in a deficit. Eat about 200-250 surplus (above TDEE) and hit the weights on a GOOD (proven) beginner 3x/week full body from the stickies.
