You already cited where he told us he uses drugs.
That is him telling us he uses drugs.
You just have a strange obsession with him based on your inability to comprehend what is being communicated by a person smart enough not to shout from the rooftops that he is breaking the law.
Big Ronnie Coleman is a cheater too because he said he just takes cell-tech ,eh? lol

Who the fuk cares what’s attainable by a natural or not? Or whether someone is natural or not? There again, it’s the mentality thing. Instead of spending all this time assuming something isn’t attainable because you’re natural, or debating what is and what isn’t attainable naturally, shut the fuk up, get in the gym and lift already.
End of discussion, good day everyone.- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

Why does it matter if Mike Israetel is enhanced or not? He could be a skinny guy who's never touched a barbell, for all I care.
His advice is based on research, and on experience with coaching other athletes.
The discussion of whether he is natty or not is irrelevant to the credibility of his advice.Last edited by Damnentia; 01-22-2019 at 08:51 AM.

I CARE about what is attainable by a natural...because I can relate, personally. It's inspiring and respectable! That doesn't mean anyone cannot learn or implement scientific or even practical experience from other respectable and intelligent fitness/BB experts. That's all I wanted to say; sometimes it's a curse to see both sides of a "friendly debate" ...LOL.

This isn’t so much a friendly debate as one poster telling others why they can’t comprehend things or why they are wrong.
The problem is people nowadays have the mindset that you can achieve a lot less as a natural. More people hinder themselves because they think just because they are natural they can’t train a certain way or have to train with less volume, etc. Or they are worried that if they add an extra set of something they’re gonna suffer from overtraining syndrome. The fitness industry has promoted all this bull**** type thinking.
In my opinion don’t try to put an exact number on anything or have it narrowed down to a tee. Natural potential is gonna vary from person to person. Plus you have other factors like genetics, etc.
Using common sense of course there’s obvious things that you know you’re not gonna achieve as a natural. But people way underestimate their full potential as a natural.
You can’t predict what someone’s natural potential is, so why spend so much time obsessing about? Or worry about who is natural and who is not?
Look on any social media, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Whenever someone has an above average physique a handful of people are commenting accusing them of being on stuff. It’s ridiculous.
And more importantly, why do they even care? Why even make the comment? I could care less what someone else does. I’m concerned with my own training.

It's called "SUPERNATURAL"
Talk about perfect timing

I agree with everything you said. "Why spend so much time obsessing about it?" It seems like a lot of nubes come on here, almost obsessively asking all these questions as to why they're not hitting their numbers "like they should," or why they're not seeing gains "like they should'......They need to understand what you just stated- that they can hinder themselves "worrying" (comparing themselves to?) about hitting exact numbers at the "exact time," and not accepting the concept that everyone gets different results with similar training. It must be DRAINING?!

"Why do BBs/ fitness enthusiasts even CARE about being accused of being on gear on when they're not....on social media?" Because internet bullying could and has taken place on probably every site. Simple. Imagine dealing with that same kind of "mentality" (to a much lesser degree) at one's own gym, surrounded by regulars all training with bro splits, just like you.
I want to make certain I am staying on topic. In my old gym, most of the regulars trained in the traditional "bro split" BB fashion, and focused more on high rep training to "gain hypertrophy." Raw strength (or should I use the term absolute strength) was not the main goal, or practiced as often. When they saw a woman (me) lifting more for strength purposes, with the intent of gaining development and fitness, well......I guess most of them just wasn't used to seeing that??Last edited by etet1919; 01-22-2019 at 06:22 AM. How about stop trolling around unless you want to back up your nonsense.
You've not posted any backed up arguments just pointless rhetoric.
You dare throw about insults to others about not reading and cop out of debate by sayingThere's no point in debating people that argue against their own misunderstandings.5 day full body crew

the ad hominem is boring now.
I might actually die of shock if you ever back up a single statement.
@etet, supramax only hits on good posts cuz he just reposts tnation articles that he calls "research" never having read the actual research he manages about a 50% success rate in his thoughtless copypasta advice.
I'm pretty sure he's only avoided banning because he's probably the butt of many Mod thread lols.5 day full body crew
