I am thankful for
1) My son's, classmates, teachers, and my son's school. This week is the teacher's appreciation week and it reminds me to thank his teachers. My son goes to a Christian school. He is always happy when he goes to school. There are no bullies in his class. His classmates are very friendly to him. His teacher teaches about God, about being kind and nice to others. This will benefit his entire life.
2) My son. Lord blessed me a healthy child, and I am very thankful. Since he was born, he never hits other children. He does not say a bad word. He is always so helpful. He learns to do laundry at 18 months old, and he learns to cook at 3 years old. He has the heart to help people around him. He goes to other people's house do playdate, and he would clean up other kids' toy after finish the play.
3) God. Because of obeying his words, I become more patient and less prideful.

Grateful for
-Internet. I just found my mom’s paternal side of the family tree, dating all the way back to 1704. I even found my mom’s 5th great grandma’s side back to the year 1667! Pretty cool.
-Optometrist appointment went well yesterday. Lol I need reading glasses now. Literally the paperwork says “around the age of 40...”. I noticed my near sight vision going about 3-6 months before I actually turned 40. Hahah. At least it’s a simple fix with some reading glasses.
-My teenager will be going back to on campus school, moving from 2 days to 4 days a week. She really needs to social interaction. Very grateful school is getting back to somewhat normal.

Been back at the gym for the 3rd week in a row. Getting the mind body connection back.
Slowly learning and accepting my place in the universe.
Learning more and more about different frequencies, trying to figure out which frequency I work best at.As above, so below;
As within, so without.
Nothing rest; everything moves; everything vibrates.
