Today, I'm grateful for...
- a great manager to work with.
- extra time with the kids before heading to work today
- a needed rest day. Might get an easy pull session in the afternoon, but its gonna be a super simple one.

-having son immediately drop whatever he's doing and yell "daddēē" as he runs to me when I get homea series of short tasks over a relatively longer period of time is life. altruistic light moves under the cover of your own darkness.. find this inner torch bearer and accompany them to the end. we all walk together, but we all walk alone. there is no understanding or purpose beyond that

I'm grateful for...
- a project completing today unexpectedly, that will impact a lot of data quality for the company, in a great way
- one more day of work before vacation.
- a Brazilian steakhouse for dinner tonight. Cannot wait.
- a great "Rest" day in the gym. Ended up doing circuits on core and arms, mixed with some jump roping and ball tosses.
- the Southern TIer Brewing Co Creme Brulee imperial milk stout I have sitting in front of me to celebrate the project kickoff.
EDIT - Also grateful for being out of reps so quick. Nice to see new faces in this thread. I'm still working on spreading to newbies from yesterdayGrateful Crew - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=176582681
