Every coin in the top 20 has had their day in the sun, apart from ADA. So certain this will pump huge before the end of the year. Going absolutely massive on this one. Already got a big position and will continue to buy any and all dips

What has Cardano accomplished? Lots of hype with those big brain elite university types working on the project and I haven't heard of anything it's done.

TBH i am expecting GRIN to have a smilar scam pump, however due to high inflation, unsure how low it can go before it does

I dont really care tbh, its all a scam-what has any of this garbage accomplished, however they have a 2 day thing coming up where he will annoucne some stuff. As always it should pump leading to it. Soon after is supposed to be mainnet (not holding my breath on this one).

Chart looks the best for a pump out of every coin in the top 50

I think recovery can be confirmed once btc starts going above 10k levels again.

Remember 2014 btc peak price was at ~1k, price did not reach this point again till 2017. So i think its definitely possible for it to take 2-3 years to recover.

Here is my 2 cents, which isn't worth much.

I was a day trader for 5 years from 2006-2011 but got burned out and moved onto other things. I keep my eyes on a few things from time to time.. like Brexit in the UK... i shorted the GBP/USD that night as to me it was obvious it was going to happen whilst the majority thought it wouldn't.

I was never into crypto but started looking at it in 2017 and by June i was pretty sure there was going to be a massive bull run and as you know there was one.

I never got in as i had other things going on and by December i was like "fuc that!"... but here we are again and i am waiting to get in balls deep. Short term it could be up or down, but at this stage in time i do think it is eventually going to blow up a lot bigger than 2017, a few years from now i wouldn't be surprised if Bitcoin went to $100k.

I think there could be another rally by July at the latest.

I'm looking for an entry point to get in and was hoping it would drop down to nearer $3200, but we'll see what it does next week.

There is no insight since noone can predict the future. You can only trust in the long term success of crypto and ride out the waves. Which of course can also go horribly wrong. It‘s a high risk investment.

Trusting in the long term success of crypto is predicting the future. You think it will be adopted in some way or another, so you invest.

I believe you can have insight and you can predict the future.

Look at what Amazon did to retail. It is obvious it would happen looking back, right? And if you could predict that then you could predict other things like the share price of Fedex and UPS and many other things. There are many ways to get insights and predict trends and new technologies. Although sometimes you will be right and sometimes wrong.

So what do you think about crypto five years from now wave_length?

What made you burn out and decide to move on? Did you push too hard and not focus on mental health or working hours? Curious as I'm someone who's been at it 5 years.

Trading throughout the financial crisis took it's toll on me.

Having to be ready before the markets open and then watching them until close whilst the markets were being completely erratic with massive swings.

I was chain smoking etc. At the time i loved it and then realised it was turning me into a nervous wreck.

It's all a bit of a blur now, but i doubt i'll ever day trade again.

Remember 2014 btc peak price was at ~1k, price did not reach this point again till 2017. So i think its definitely possible for it to take 2-3 years to recover.
Too mainstream now, too many rich people want in at these low prices to protect wealth or diversity (this was a meme but not any more imo), plus halving coming up. The rich will buy in at the right time and the noobs will come again over 10k like usual or wait for 1k which will never come

That‘s why I said it can go horribly wrong too. I‘m well aware of that which is why I only have invested a small part of my net worth. Trust was maybe the wrong term, I rather see the potential of decentralization in general. Which may or may not say something about the future price of BTC and other cryptos.

Look at what Amazon did to retail. It is obvious it would happen looking back, right? And if you could predict that then you could predict other things like the share price of Fedex and UPS and many other things. There are many ways to get insights and predict trends and new technologies. Although sometimes you will be right and sometimes wrong.
Exactly, and as long as you don‘t have a proven method to be right more often than wrong, you lose. There is no such method. The best way to invest is always passively and as diversified as possible. That is not predicting the future. It‘s simple logic to always make more money participating in the world economy than not.

Weird... I love the activity of the crypto markets. It being 24\7 is probably the biggest struggle, having this itching feeling you'd be missing something when you sleep. And often getting that confirmed when you wake up to a move.

TBH I kind of miss the bubble days now. I wanted a vacation and some time off from action, which I got, but I'm ready to go back at it again. And things are pretty ****ing docile these days.

    Thanks for the perspective tho

I was looking at Kyber the other day (held for year + before converting everything to BAT), and I thought to myself how the price (at that time .17), seemed way too low. Derp.
