Long story short this is the only 45lb barbell at my gym.As you can see in the pictures it's bent in the middle on the right side a bit and as the weight is starting to get heavier I noticed that I'm pushing a little bit more with my right when squatting which is strange since my left leg is stronger from all the jumping (former basketball player).Similar thing on the OHP -right side pushing more(right handed though). So is it because of the uneven barbell?Right side stronger than the left?Or both?

Is it safe/smart to squat/ohp with this barbell?

I have a bar bent like that at home that I use strictly for rack pulls. I made a few attempts at pressing, bench and overhead, and it’s dangerous as hell. When I unracked the bar with the bow facing downward it shifted abruptly in my hands and felt like weight was being “dropped” on me.
Doing squats wouldn’t be so bad, considering they make a “buffalo bar” that is purposely bowed to do squats. However, that bar looks like it’s bowed unevenly. I’d probably look for another gym quite honestly

If the bent is significant enough one side of your arm will be at a mechanical disadvantage and it's probably why you feel weak/stronger on one side.
Not sure why you should even be concerned about it. Is this the only barbell in the gym? lol. The gym needs to replace it.Kindness is all that matters in life
