So, the ignore feature provided by bb.com doesn’t block content of those you put on ignore? Or does your way block out even the posts showing the ignored posts? You know what I’m referring to?

If I’ve had someone on ignore (I don’t currently) - I could see that the person posted because there’s a notification that I’m ignoring them in diff threads lol Your way sounds like you can’t even see that which would be awesome.

Pretty sure misc is now hidden. I guess so bodybuilding.com can disassociate a bit from it since it won't get indexed by Google etc.

It got pretty bad for a couple weeks. It's pretty amazing someone worked 20 hours a day trying to ruin a forum but refuses to get a job

Been doing it for years now. Going to be great success in the end.

Pretty weird to think of the twilight years of the forum here. I imagine they'll just shut it down without warning some day. 40k (maybe 80k) posts down the drain like yesterday's bathwater. And then someone will start a MISC throwback forum that will have like 500 users, and it will go 404 not found after a year.

I see the misc only when logged in now, but there are some other sections that don’t show when logged out. Like...Olympic Lifting? But, it’s not unusual for forums to block their “miscellaneous/off topic” sections, usually because more controversial topics arise in those areas. Doubtful there’s something sinister going on behind the scenes. lol
