this whole thing is insane. get labeled a racists because you openly state people shouldnt be burning down their own communities. then we have people who are burning down their communities, but they're not being called arsonists?
i wish i could go back to 1950 an live the rest of my life in that time era. the present just doesnt make any sense at allMerica

Just living the dream, 2020 style.
Command and Conquer did a remaster recently as well. Modernized the graphics and added a lot of new features. It was one of my favorite strategy games back in the day. I would build a self sustaining base in skirmish mode, go to work, and by the time I got home my dudes would still be fighting off the AI attackers. Good times!

i have a different take on things. i think the govt was directly responsible for creating racism back in the day. they did after all pass and enforce the jim crow laws. now theyre trying to promote racism against white people acting like its progress.
so current events are more like an elaborate scheme to distract everyone from things like jeffrey epstein and hillary clinton getting called back into court for felonies with her emails and investigations into criminal activity by obama.
you look at what the media is saying now, they arent trying to resolve the situation at all, they are rabidly dumping fuel on the fire.

Agree with some of that, 4ea. I don’t think the solution to civil right violations of any kind, is to now reverse the hate to the other group. Same with feminism - this latest wave is toxic and teaches women to hate (all) men.
It’s so hot out today, but I must run. It feels like a greenhouse with the heat on -_-

06-10-2020, 12:21 PM #3134- Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

No I don’t really take any long period of time to hydrate. I meant lately I’ve been getting up later, like around 4AM. I usually start training within 15-30 min of waking up most days.
Whether I get up at 3 or 4, I don’t delay starting to drink water. I just have my pre-workout with water in it, and then just drink water during my workout.- Your mindset influences your outcome. i do three variations for trap isolation, standing dumbell shrugs, and also seated straight arm cable row, as well as leaning back seated straight arm cable row. get the trap development from the base of my neck down the center of my upper back. i also do neck isolation work which really helps accentuate the upper traps even more

lifting crew, id like to hear your opinion on something.
ive got a lat pull down machine with a seated cable row attachment. ive been doing wide lat pull downs, wide high rows, reverse grip lat pull down, reverse grip high row, wide seated row, reverse grip seated row and standard grip row. i recently bought two addition lat pull down bars
im going to start incorporating these new attachments into my routine, but i cant simply double the number of sets im doing now, i was thinking either reduce the number of sets im doing on all my current lat movements and add in the new bars, or possibly have one day of the week where i focus on my current variations, and a second day where i only focus on the new variations of the movements.
whats everyones thoughts on this?Merica
