Is this medial deltoid normal for beginners?

Been lifting for three months. Really enjoying my program and gains but my shoulders are looking weird to me. Does the medial deltoid usually look like this? Is it just underdeveloped and going to grow and fill in? Could it be a genetic thing? I can post my program if that helps but I think I’m hitting it regularly and the front and rear are getting bigger. Can’t post pics yet but it’s the only pic on my profile. Any suggestions on exercises are welcome.

Are you talking about the acromion of scapula? There's no muscle bellies covering it as far as I know.

Oh okay. I see what you are saying. When I look at other people’s pictures now, I noticed their traps are much bigger and come closer to the deltoid making that area look smaller. My large void of muscleless scapula just looks bad to me because my traps are small lol. Good to know. Trying to learn about my genetics as I continue to lose weight and can start seeing some muscle but I should probably learn more anatomy while I’m at it.
