Let's break it down

1) She's going to be sole provider for these kids, so basically she will determine how they live. Assuming they already live this lavished lifestyle, the court is not going to strip that from the children
2) Just googling her, I struggle to find information, so clearly she doesn't have much of a professional background - meaning she has no money. This will shoot up the cost of living for the children
3) Since she can use the argument of getting the best "quality of life" for these children, she can easily request for more money (tuiton, sports, health, etc.)
4) Her other child is not getting as big of a settlement due to the father of that child not being worth as much

Overall, Blake did a pretty bold move the way he acted, just to move in on a Kardashain. He should have thought this through before committing to a woman with no professional background, and having her pop two kids.

I remember Britney Spears getting pulled back into court from her ex-husband who is requesting for more money, which is causing legal trouble because Britney only wants to pay for her kids, and not anyone else's.
