I'm currently 17 years old; I used to weigh 206 pounds back in November, but I'm now 166 pounds.
I purchased Titanium Whey as my first supplement when I was around 186 pounds and I'm loving it so far as I've been able to lift heavier gradually. But now my Titanium Whey is running out in 3-4 days and I can't decide what to buy. I'm a mesomorph if it matters.
I'm worried I might gain fat if I use RC king mass xl as it has more than 2x the calories of Titanium Whey.
Height is 5'9" .
Thanks!

You consumed more calories/protein which is why you’re moving more weight. So literally consuming the same in a whole food will yield the same results.
You’re not a mesomorph either, ****totypes have been debunked for quite sometime.Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

If you’re trying to build strength and/or muscle then yes I would increase calories. Especially as a teenager and still growing. Don’t think as food as clean or dirty but rather what can optimize health and performance. A diet should be balanced with plenty of whole food choices like chicken, fish, red meats, milk, nuts, legumes, all fruits and veggies, starchy carbs like potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice etc etc.
