I'm definitely in on this.
Tell me about your most recent "extreme" workout.
Heavy weight, Super sets, Drop Sets, Length, Sweating, Pumped, Veins and Strength.
-It's not recent as I am currently running 5/3/1 so I'm sticking to the game plan.
I did have a previous workout in the past where I did a 5x5 of squats and 5x5 of deadlifts @90% of my 1RM.
Now this may not seem "extreme" reading that but it was such a brutal training session. Not only physically but the mental toll it took to stay focused in the training session was on another level.
Oh did I mention this was in Arizona, in my garage, during 120 degree temps? lol
I think I went through 2 gallons of water in the training session.
The review section only has two pages of reviews and I'm unable to search my past reviews.
I did leave a review based off a log I ran recently, link below. That review has a link to my sponsored log that is very detailed.
https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=175775101
Here's another sponsored log, though not a review it's very detailed. A store review was also left based off this log.
https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=175326151
Apologize for not posting review links but again the review section only goes back two pages for some reason.
I've done several reviews through out my time here and feel I provide very detailed reviews that are unbiased.
Thanks for the opportunity Kon.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

HOLY CRAP! 58g serving?? I can only imagine how that would help on an kick ass deadlift day. I gotta admit: I like that you say it's not meant to be used every day. That's legit and about more than just sales, sales, sales.
I just won a recent NB promo, so I'll leave this to others, but man oh man, I want to hear some reviews!

Most recent "extreme" workout?
Well..conveniently that was today! Was hitting PR's in several lifts this morning. I'm doing Layne Norton's PH3 program, slightly modified to my liking, and it's treating my gains nicely. Fridays and Saturdays are AMRAP sets for bench, squat, and deadlift. AND..I hit a rep PR on bench this morning!! A solid 255x9, with a bounce and ass lifted on the last rep. I am stoked for this! Then I had a great pump going in my biceps where I hit a rep PR on single arm hammer curls of 42.5lbsx9. This is what "extreme" looks like for me.
To show how serious I am:
1) I have a workout log I update a couple times per week here: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...2144123&page=5

Wow Kon_Rock......this is amazing!!! I'm definitely interested in hopping in on this promo because this pre sounds unlike anything else.....and not even close to anything else!!! 58 grams?!?!?! Man, I can't wait to see what all is in this bad boy.
My most "extreme" workout was definitely a leg day as those are always my toughest workouts. But as far as my most extreme, it would have to be the time that I actually did a home leg workout and not a leg workout that I did at my gym. The reason I say that is because at home, I don't have quite the amount of equipment at my disposal, so that forces me to get creative or to brutalize an exercise over and over and over again. So for my home leg workout, I did both of the above. I'll start by saying that the equipment that I have includes a standard 45lb barbell, 2 45lb plates, 2 35lb plates, 2 25lb plates, 2 10lb plates and 4 5lb plates......so there is definitely enough weight to make the workout difficult. I also have two dumbbells that can go as high as 65lbs with weights added to them. The final piece of equipment that I have is a Bowflex machine that my parents gave me to when they moved.
So with all of that said, my leg workout was based around squats, squats and more squats. But before I did a set of squats, I would do either a set of lying leg curls or seated leg extensions on the Bowflex. I'd make sure to hit 15 reps of those before tackling the squats. And I simply repeated this over and over and over again for a workout that lasted 2+ hours. I kept my rest time in between each set to a bare minimum as well so the pace was frantic to say the least. After just one set, I was already breaking a sweat and as the workout went on, I ended up going through 3 different shirts as I kept soaking each one with sweat. I honestly didn't plan on attacking my legs like that for this particular session, but it was one of those days where all of the stars aligned and I knew I had it in me. If I had a 58 gram pre-workout in me, who knows what could have happened that day. But it showed me that I am capable of doing something very out of the box and living to tell about it the next day. But needless to say, the DOMS for the next few days was crippling!!

For this upcoming opportunity, I'll definitely make sure that my review is loaded just like this formula will be. Again, I can't wait to see just what is in this one as I can only imagine at this point!!

I beta tested this for a photoshoot where they wanted me to deadlift heavy. hit a relatively easy 15lb PR, 675. went on to PR my close grip bench at 405 2x2 ass well. I've used the product 3 times and loved it each time, but it definitely is not an every day product. This product if anything is a bit of a novelty to us. It will likely not be available at wholesalers and we may do a limited batch release of it.

https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...=175603011--no not trolling this was done before this product was even announced
My most recent Hardcore workout-- WAS A DEADLIFT day from hell
Did 585 5 sets of 3 reps after that did 405 x 10 x 7 sets --- yup central nervous system just about shut down after that. It was all conventional pulling. My ham, glutes, traps, and whole back was fully lit up. It was the most total "poundage" I have ever done. No this is not a lie to try to make up a story you can check my youtube have vids doing (405x25, 585x8, 635x2). Deadlifting has always been my favorite exercise and there are so many ways to make it challenge whether its deficit, paused, or straight up high reps. I would love to put this to the test and see if I can do something like 455x10x10 sets GVT style which I think is just nutty.Last edited by jaredmus; 06-01-2018 at 11:44 AM.

My most recent extreme sessions have been squats & deadlifts where I've done more than 20 rep sets. It had me panting & sweating profusely. Most of my workouts are 2-3hrs long w/max effort going to failure as long as I'm able to maintain form. Currently, trying to break past a 285lb squat w/out going super wide like I did in the past w/315lb. Would definitely leave a thorough log & review as required detailing the entire session with vids/pics of the effects.

You can definitely count on me for a serious review! This sounds like an amazing product I would love to give this a go!!
My most extreme workout is when I combine several powerlifting sets with a ton of hypertrophy work. This includes tons of super sets and drop sets. These last two are usually what get my sweating and pumped up the most!!!
Please choose me to try this killer pre-workout out!!!☑*CountryMike Appreciation Crew*☑

So after a long flight I'm back home
So my most intense workout was when I did 180 lbs strict biceps curl on a competition. After that started cutting and lost 45 kg in 7-8 monthsI lift things up and put them down...

I GOTTA try this out. I'm all about the ingredient panel. Stoked to see what is in this. It'd be an honor to try this out. Very excited about this product!
The most hardcore workout I've ever had was actually very basic:
10 sets of 10 reps squats with 315lb. Took me over an hour. Freakin death. First few sets aren't insane, but the Last couple sets I was barely able to complete them. Insane quad pump. Crazy fatigue walking out of the gym-almost like, ruined my day, but I loved it lol. If that makes sense. DOMS for 7+ days. Felt no guilt eating anything I wanted.
Here's a link to a review thread I've done...

I've reviewed a ton of supps. Here's a link to my bodyspace and all the reviews are on there.

Definitely in on this monster that Nutrabio is actually making happen!!
My most recent hardcore workout went a little something like this. I had to do a timed test on video for a potential job opportunity. The test consisted of 20 pull ups, 50 push ups, 50 jump squats, 50 burpees, 25 double unders and a half mile run. All this had to be completed in less than 15 minutes and I made it happen in a little over 13. The part that makes it hardcore is that after I was sweating bullets at the end of that, I jumped into a heavy leg day that included 5x5 on box squats and front squats as well as some heavy leg press and hack squats. Then finished it off with some burnouts or walking lunges, some calf work and some core work. Needless to say I limped out of the gym but I felt so damn good and accomplished so it was well worth it.Instagram - beyond__fitness__

I guess this is too good of an opportunity to pass up. My hardest workout was back in February. I started out doing banded deadlifts working out to a heavy 1. It was 135x10 225x10 315x10 365x6 405x1 455x1 ((plus the bands)). Romanian Deadlifts to shrug 225x10 3 Sets. Barbbell Curls 115x8 4 Sets. The last part was death... Farmers walks with 100lb dumbbells, ab wheel rollouts from standingx15, burpee to kettlebell deadlift 100lbx15, and finally close grip plank on the kettlebell for 1 minute 3 sets.
