Best supplement for appetite suppression

I'm searching for a good appetite suppressant, I'm having trouble sticking to the diet and I eat with a 2000-3000 calories surplus once or twice a week.
I searched a lot in the forum and the most used and that works is Dexaprine XR but sadly it's out of stock everywhere and in most of the stores is completely discontinued.
Which one can I use?

I'm trying Psyllium Husk powder (5-7 g a day in Yogurt), 200 mg caffeine, but they don't seem to work at all.

It's not a very strict calorie diet, just in a 200 calorie deficit and doing some light workout after dinner because it helps me curbing my appetite (I don't know why).

I have had good luck with Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite in the powdered version. I would always increase your water intake as that can help as well.

Mmm, as I see it has Caffeine which I already take, cocoa too, Cayenne pepper, L-Theanine and L-Carnitine.
The only one I don't already take is Green coffee extract, sadly all these things don't work for me, I'd need something strong like Dexaprine XR

I found another appetite suppressant which is Yohimbine HCL, but they sell it whit maximum of a 3.5 mg dosage, but the recommended dosage is 0,2 mg/kg, so it's pretty low and not worth it, but I ordered it just to try, what do you guys think? (I ordered the PrimaForce and AllMax Nutrition)

PEScience Norcodrene and/or Shift are two solid choices.

Add additional y-hcl or alpha-y.

Pretty pricey, 2,40 USD a pill but I hope it's worth it, not easy to find ECA stack lately nor any appetite suppressant that really works, everything is banned nowadays.
Any recommendations on where I can find y-hcl / alpha y or which brand?

Actually, it's extremely easy to get EC stack..

Not sure what you have there will work as well as using Bronkaid for your E and plain old caffeine tabs for your C; actually, not really sure what you have there in general

How easy it is to get depends on where you're from. I'm guessing not the US?

Bronkaid or primatene are good options if you can get them.

I'm from Europe, I have only found that one that ship in Europe. It's shipped from Europe itself, from MosPharma, it's produced in Sri Lanka, I really don't know if it's good or not btw, if you have any suggestion on where to find ECA stack would be great.
Yes I also ordered the Yohibimine HCL by PrimaForce and the one from AllMax Nutrition (PrimaForce 2.5 mg, AllMax Nutrition 3.5 mg)

First off and foremost 80% of Americans are deficient in FIBER this is a main key for controlling hunger and digestion.

If you are eating balance meals during the day and still need a push than I would recommend

-Caffeine
-Garcinia cambogia

+ 1 Here, Assass1nate also works well as a non stim option.

EC or ECA also works well, but for OTC i like to use Ignit3, Bloodshr3d Raw at full 3 scoops is too much for me i think the alpha y causes the problems with massive anxiety.

Can I ask where do you take ECA stack? I really can't find anyone expect for that one I posted but it's not that trustworthy

Besides the stimulant properties in Blade, it will also contain CH-19 Sweet Pepper, which has been shown to support appetite control as well as the formation of new fat cells.
I do also find different macro breakdowns will help with cravings. Higher side of fat and protein with the lower side with carbohydrates works best for me.

I've had a lot of great success with appetite suppression on the EC Stack.

It would most likely be your cheapest option as well.

The only issue I have with ephedrine is the kinds you buy otc is the US.. like bronkaid give me zero energy and make me tired.. unless I buy hcl.

to eat less you can drink a really big glass of water (like half a liter) before your meal, you will eat less because your stomach will feel full more quickly. it is an healthy way to reduce meal size but you will have to piss more I guess
