BF% is a poor way of referencing your fitness level unless you've been training for years and looking to walk on stage soon. Most people that ask this question are no where near ready to use this as a form of measurement. I can only assume that your new, so I would focus more on finding a good routine and diet for now. Once you acquire some experience and enjoy achieving a composition level, THEN worry about your BF%.

If a person or a machine tells you you are 10% body fat or 15% body fat is that going to change the way you feel about yourself or the way you look in the mirror?
All the ways of testing body fat % are inaccurate. Go off how you look. People know when they need to lose fat and when they are satisfied with there body they should not need a number to tell them that.
