I wouldn't. While a very nice thought, it's kind of a "hey, thank god your son/husband/whatever was a donor. If he were alive I'd be thanking him, but because he died I'm thanking you."
I'd let it be tbh. If it was like a life saving thing(new heart, lung, major organ), I think waiting a little while post surgery to make sure you're fully healthy and then sending a thank you letter on what a life changing difference it made would be kind of cool.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. I think it's always good to hand write a letter showing appreciation for anything. Wouldn't even think twice about it, would myself write a letter. If it were reversed I would be glad to know that my loved ones passing was bringing life to someone else and that they cared enough to write me about the impact my loved one continues to make in the world.

Hopped on the Re1gn BOGO last week and it is the truth. Decided to give Pandora's Potion a try, and it's a pretty solid peach flavor. Was concerned after having Conquer Unleashed in the past, but it is tasty. Best preworkout I've used in a while.

i wouldn't mind - i choose to be an organ donor and it's listed on my driver license so i'm sure if i were in a situation where my wife died, and her eyes or whatever can be used to help someone, knowing that she helped even in death wouldn't hurt

Agree with everyone else who said to send a letter. No matter how long it's been, it's not like you're reminding them of a loved one that they've forgotten. If it brings up memories, it'll probably be a good thing. I would think it's a nice gesture that would be appreciated, and if it were me, I'd be happy that my loved one is still impacting people positively even in death.
The new flavors should be a large step up from what we've done with flavoring in the past. We also reworked the OG Re1gn flavors after we realized how good Pandora's Potion and Fairy's Kiss are.Olympus Labs Representative

#1 & #2 are BLATANTLY false. I can get more in depth but you should work out when your Test/Cortisol ratio is the highest (not AM as cortisol is highest in the AM).

Was this year's PES WCM different than last years' batch? I know that one of the batches was a change in flavor profile but curious if it changed again?

Ya I've been browsing through the equipment section to get a good idea. Cancelled out a few racks just based on some advice in there. I know I need:
- Rack
- Olympic Bar
- 600 lbs worth of plates
- Glute Ham (can't live without this, I do multiple things on these)
- Olympic DB handles
- Landmine
Last thing I want is for my rack to collapse on me...and then be stuck, alone, in my basement!
Actually, I did just make my first home gym purchase. A local gym bought new treadmills and were selling their Precor 956i treadmills. I know I wanted a treadmill that went up to 13 mph for my HIIT intervals (when the weather sucks outside), so I snagged one. After UHaul rental fees, it cost me around $1000 total.iForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043

Agree. I'd write the letter. Sure, it's a super tough situation for them as the lost a loved one, but putting myself in their shoes, it would give me a tiny bit of peace hearing that someone else is able to enjoy a better quality of life thanks to the generosity of a loved one.

Push 3 yesterday in my rotation. After all the talk of floor presses a week or two ago, I tried them yesterday and really liked them. Very good contraction at the middle-top of the exercise. Will take time to get fully used to it. Good session though.
Cracked open ON's Oats and Whey Blueberry Muffin and I liked it. It by no means competes with Ghost but it has a very good and smooth blueberry flavor. Not sweet and maybe a little lacking on flavor depth but it was overall good. And had pieces of what looked like real blueberry in it. One of the rare occasions you see my praise ON.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
