Your gut has a huge impact on mental health. Eating right is not only important for weight loss and having good physique, but also for clarity of mind. Eating big macs and fried chicken sandwiches, drinking milk (im lactose intolerant) etc turns me into a completely different person srs. It's like split personalities. It's not until I sht all of the trash out and eat probiotic rich foods that i can stabilize back to normal. On the outside, I look the same because i have intense exercise regimen regardless.

moral of story:

- avoid bad foods
- eat probiotic rich foods
- eat high fiber to rid body of toxic, mind altering waste

has anyone else noticed becoming "Mr. Hyde" when diet is not correct?

im about to start because i am noticing a night and day difference from actively eating the foods, but i won't be able to always get it in diet wise
