    Fixing Joints with Magnum Fixation

What's up everyone! This will be a 24 day, sponsored log of Magnum's brand new joint care formula, Fixation.

    Store link to Fixation: https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/m...archTerm=fixat

I'd like to give a big "Thank You" to B Con and Magnum for this awesome opportunity. So let's get this log rolling and start off with some sexy pics.

    My Joint Issues

I have osteoarthritis in my right knee. It's bone on bone on the inner most part of my knee. Most days the pain sits at a 5/10, which is manageable and easy to work around. But there are times where it feels like somebody is jabbing a sharp knife into my knee when I twist or turn the wrong way. Not fun.

And after 20+ years of natural lifting, I'm beginning to feel the long-term effects of this lifestyle from the stupid chit I did when I was younger and foolishly invincible. My shoulders are starting to ache, my lower back feels stiff, feet hurt in the morning, arthritis in the knee....and who knows what other damage I've done.

So I will be looking specifically for a reduction in pain from this product.

    Training Routine + Diet

Currently I am in the last week of Jim Stoppani's full body, Daily Grind workout. What program I jump into next, I'm not sure yet, but I will update this log when I do.

My diet is also based on Jim's Diet 101 article. Protein is at 1.5 grams per pound of body weight (300g/day). Fats are at 0.5 grams per pound of body weight (100g/day). And my carbs are currently sitting at 0.5 grams per pound of body weight as I finish off my summer cut (100g/day).

    DAY 1

So the first 4 caps have gone down the hatch. 2 in the morning with a meal, 2 in the evening with meal.

As you can see from the pics above, these are some sexy little caps. The shiny metallic purple really adds to the overall presentation of the product.

Great to have you along! I took a video of Enter Sandman. The camera starts off normal, but then I flipped it. Sorry for the chitty quality. Wasn't even thinking of uploading it when I took it, but oh well.

    DAY 5

Ok, this week was definitely an off week for me. Missed too many of my workouts, but hey, there's more to life than working out. Got to go hiking at Mt.

Question for the reps or anyone who's used Fixation before. How long does it generally take for effects to start becoming noticeable?

Today's workout was a bit different than planned. Just decided to have fun with it and go with whatever felt good. So I did lots of Pause/Go, lots of drop sets, and lots of super setting today. Here's a quick rundown.

    - 3x Incline DB Press SS Incline DB Rows
    - 3x Incline DB Curls SS DB Crunches
    - 3x Shoulder Presses SS Rear Delt Laterals SS Front-to-Side Laterals
    - 3x Tricep Skull Crushers SS Flat DB Flyes SS Incline DB Rows
    - 3x Grips for forearms with a drop set on each set.

Subbed. Been at the beach or I would have been subbed sooner.

Usually it takes around a little over a week. Took me around 10 days myself.

Be sure you are taking Fixation with fats.

Sorry for the lack of posts this week. Just got back from a camping trip with the family and there was no cell reception at the resort. But I've been taking Fixation this entire time so I'll update later with some thoughts.

    Day 11

So I've taken this last week off from lifting. Everything was hurting. Feet. Knee. Shoulders. Elbows. Once a year our whole family gets together at a big lake resort. Suns out, guns out. Shirt is always off. So starting around March/April I'll begin to prep for it like it's a show. Every year I try to show up better. And by the end of this prep, my body was definitely talking to me.

Taking this week off felt great. And it gave me time to think about realistic expectations with this product.

I have osteoarthritis in the knee. That's bone on bone. Cartilage gone. It's some pretty serious chit. And I have to manage that for the rest of my life. So I realized that expecting this product to cure the pain and completely remove it is unrealistic. What I think is realistic is to expect a reduction in daily pain, which I'm beginning to feel. The pain isn't completely gone, but I noticed that walking up the hills at the resort was MUCH less painful than inclines usually are for me. Same thing with walking up stairs. Much less painful. I don't feel like a cripple. Lol! And that makes me feel more mobile. Gives me a bit more confidence with my knee and body.

Tomorrow will be my first workout back. Will be starting Jim Stoppani's Giant Set Program. It'll be interesting to see how everything is feeling then and I'll report back on it.

    Day 13

I'm now 2 workouts into the Giant Set Program. Did Chest/Shoulders/Triceps on Saturday and Back/Biceps/Forearms today.

So far, most of the joint and soft tissue pain I was experiencing pre-vacation is greatly reduced. My tennis elbow pain is gone. My left shoulder still aches a little while doing dips, but not as much. The muscles in my mid-back no longer ache. And my knee doesn't hurt nearly as much when walking up stairs, doing step ups, etc. How much of this is due to time off? That's tough to tell. But I've been reading some GREAT research on Curcumin alone, so I know this stuff is having some effect.

ABsolutely amazing feedback. Anything that can help reduce that type of pain and issue and make your daily life/routine that much better is legit IMHO.

Well, like I said, it's tough to tease apart how much of this is due to time off, and how much is due to the product....at least as far as my elbow, shoulders, and back are concerned. I can't give all the credit to Fixation yet, as time off can do wonders, too. But I feel like Fixation IS having a very positive effect on my knee. I haven't been able to squat, leg press, deadlift or do much of anything with my legs now for close to 3 years. That's a lot of "time off." So I know "time off" isn't a variable with my knee, and that Fixation is definitely making a positive difference with it.

Just the other day I took my son to the zoo. There's a big staircase leading down to the some of the exhibits. On the way back up that staircase, I noticed my knee didn't hurt nearly as much and didn't feel nearly as crunchy. It actually felt kind of normal to walk up the stairs again. And I'm noticing the same thing around the house. Walking up stairs is a lot less painful.

I have about 10 days left, and I already have a bottle of Fixation sitting in my shopping cart here

    DAY 15

Today was Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps in the Giant Set Program. In between these giant sets I'll do 1 minute of cardio acceleration. Usually things like step ups, jogging in place, agility drills in and out of an agility ladder, burpees, etc. I've been wearing a brace that helps to properly align my knee joint, and that's made a big difference in post-workout knee pain. But I'm feeling like Fixation is adding to that, too, because my knee is feeling really good lately post-workout after that cardio acceleration.

    Day 16

Well today I woke up with some pretty bothersome knee pain. Been walking around with a bit of a limp this morning, and stairs haven't been so fun. I haven't taken a serving of Fixation yet so maybe the pain will subside once I do. We'll see.

Keep us posted on that KBoss. Hopefully Fixation will help with it as it seems like you've been feeling better and doing more and more these past couple of days.

    DAY 19

So I am not sure what's up with my knee this week. All signs were pointing to things improving...and then this week happened. I've run the gauntlet from dull aching pain to sharp stabbing pains this week. However, I've been paying attention to things like walking up hills and climbing stairs and despite the pain, there are times when I do feel the improvements again. So I don't know. Perhaps it's unrealistic of me to expect continuous, 24/7 pain relief that gets better and better every day. Or maybe I just need to use Fixation for a bit longer. I guess the thing about OA is you have good days and bad.

Side note: I've been horny as chit lately. Does anything in Fixation have an effect on estrogen or testosterone? I've been so busy, unfortunately, that I haven't had time to follow the others logs to see if they've noticed a similar effect.

Other than that, my tennis elbow hasn't bothered me one bit since resuming training. And chest dips today felt better on my shoulder than last week. So those are some positives!

Boy, that would be a tough comparison for me to draw. I last used Flexible about 2-3 years ago. That's when I was first diagnosed with OA (osteoarthritis) and my pain level was not the same as it is today. There's been a steady progression over the last couple years. Things that didn't hurt then definitely hurt now. So yeah....I'd have to try Flexible again to draw a fair comparison.

Care to hook me up with a bottle?

    You're welcome, and me too

    DAY 22

Ok, so I am just about finished with this bottle. Final review will come when I am finished. I've been happy with the benefits I've experienced in such a short amount of time, so I will definitely be picking up another bottle of this.

My knee has been feeling better these past couple days. Feel like I can walk upstairs and up hills again like a normal person without having to use the weight-transfer tricks I've picked up over the years. That's big for me. The pain is still there, but it's noticeably less for the majority of the time...not all the time...but most of the time.

I think the calf work and power cleans in today's workout aggravated my knee a little bit, but all has been good up until that point. Probably a sign that I need to either back off, find a work-around, or avoid those exercises.

    FINAL REVIEW

So I just finished running Magnum’s new joint product, Fixation, for 24 days. And it’s been a great 24 days. Before I begin, I’d like to give a big ”THANK YOU” to B con and Magnum for this opportunity. I appreciate it, guys!

So the biggest joint issue I have is osteoarthritis in my right knee. And Fixation has helped to greatly reduce the daily pain I experience in my knee. It didn’t completely take away the pain (that would be unrealistic to expect, IMO). And some days I had more pain than others.

But overall, I noticed a big improvement in joint comfort that allowed me to walk up the stairs and hills like a normal person again....without having to rely on the weight-transfer tricks I’ve learned over the years. And that’s BIG for me.

And there were other joint/tissue areas that I noticed improvements in. Those included my elbow, where I’ll periodically get a flair up of tennis elbow. And I noticed a reduction in pain in my mid-back and shoulders, too.

So overall, not too bad for ONE bottle of Fixation. And I feel comfortable recommending this to anyone who’s currently struggling with osteoarthritic pain in their knees. Pick up a bottle or two. It really helped to reduce my daily pain, and I think it may be able to help you, too.
