Hey everyone
My routine is currently:
Day 1: Chest & Triceps + light cardio
Day 2: Back & biceps + light cardio
Day 3: Shoulders & legs + light cardio
Day 4: Just cardio
DAY 5: ???
DAY 6: Full body
I need help with picking what to do on day 5. You see, I used to do legs on 1 day and shoulders on another, but I combined them (1 day), so now I have 1 spare day.
I asked my friend and he said just do up to day 3 and repeat x2 until day 6 (wipe out full body and cardio)
What do you guys think?
