Hey yall, I have a lot of experience with CKD diets but want to switch to a TKD for a little while.
I can't find any of the links I used to read concerning different keto diets, and I lost the ebooks I had from Lyle McDonald, so here I am. I'm coming off a carb refeed and want to go straight into a TKD. From what I understand I need ~30g of carbs roughly a half hour before workouts? And no refeeds on TKD, correct?

Simple carbs pre-workout only (Dextrose / Vitargo / karboyln ETC )
im 230 pounds 9% BF I take 20-25G carbs pre workout when I did TKD
30 minutes pre
30G Whey
20-25G carbs
1-2 TBSP COCOnut oil or MCT oil
pre workout mixtureStaying below 9% BF Year Round

If your just coing off a re-feed I would deplete first before you attept TKD , and make sure you are fat adapted

Sounds good better be safe and deplete first might not be needed , but one week wont kill you I don't think ,
try TKD see how you like it just be careful you can bonk / crash mid workout ,
When you did CKD did you do only one meal once a week or did you do the whole binge feast on weekends? rest days or training days where you're re feedsStaying below 9% BF Year Round
