Does anyone know a free website that will allow me to create a custom training programme and that will allow me to enter my results in. Looking for it to display historical data in tabular and graph form.
Happy to enter information into a website via a PC (i.e. not need for a mobile app) but if it did have a mobile app then that's fine too.
I go to the gym twice a week and have about 5 to 6 exercises on each day. I do 4 sets of 10 reps. It's a fairly simple programme but I'd like the flexibility to be able to add/remove exercises and shuffle things around.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Jefit.com has what you are looking for. Pretty easy to use once you start using it. Free to log, and they provide some simple reports. They have a huge list of exercises with the ability to create custom ones if they don't have it. They do have a paid option for more reporting, but I've never had the need to do that.
I know you said that a mobile isn't needed, but they have one for Android and iOS that is wally nice as well.Past Logs:
