Hi ,
I am Mang and quite new to this forum . I am 26 years old male 5'6 inches tall and weight 116 pounds . I am a skinny guy and I have made some list of foods which can help me to gain weight in next 6 months .
These are the list of foods I have started talking for my breakfast :
2 tbl spoon peanut butter ( 180 calories )
Banana (90 calories )
KitKat (230 calories for 45g)
Muffin blueberry (340 calories )
1 cup chocolate milk (130 calories )
So almost for every day breakfast am taking these items . I want to make myself fit but before hitting the gym I want to gain my weight . If you guys can help me with high calorie food it would be awesome . Or even if you guys can provide links to something related to my question it would be awesome .
Looking forward for your answers and am excited
Thanks guys
