This is exactly what i been looking for in a pre, even at one scoop, perfect amount of caffeine for me without giving up the other ingredients having to half dose or something. Will buy.

Well seems like my tub of prolific will be shipping when the insider comes out I'm assuming, so basically I just pre-ordered a tub of pre without knowing lol (hopefully insiders soon) anyways had my two scoops (one serving) of prolific cotton candy today. Haven't had HV cotton candy, but this stuff taste pretty solid, can definitely initially taste it, but the taste kinda hints out as you drink it (but still there and sweet, and definitely enjoyable to drink). The focus and energy was there, which is what I like. Focus is really great, and seems to be the "focus" of this pre as the ingredients suggest. Have to have a few more servings on to colect more thoughts, but had a great workout on a Intensity Day (PR Day).

pretty safe to say the cotton candy from flavor from PES is the best I've had in cotton candy-flavored supps

Been a few mini-reviews/feedback from samples sent out and all have been very positive, with everyone mentioning Prolifics excellent increase in focus and energy.

I received two samples of cotton candy flavor prolific with my black Friday order. Took them both today for my workout. The flavor was not bad, but I would not say it was necessarily cotton candy flavored. Energy was good without being overstimulated. I would say where the product shined for me was the endurance/recovery time between sets, as well as the focus aspect. I was only taking a minute between sets today, but I felt way more ready to go set after set then I did last week during my workout. Also, my mind did not wander. When at the gym, my mind will some times think of other things going on in my life or spend more time thinking about what other people are doing around me. With prolific, I was super focused on the task at hand and only took time between exercises to take a little break, but still was thinking about what I had to do next. All and all, a good experience on my end!!

Effective at one scoop, or 2 if you are feeling brave

Start with one scoop and see how that treats you. I can see 1 scoop being plenty while some may want/need 2 scoops.

Although I recommend starting at 1 scoop for others, I almost always go directly with two scoops depending on the profile. Did this with Enhanced, wasn't a good idea.

I've done some grindy singles where the time under tension is long enough to get pumped out lol. But yeah for the most part I'm in the same boat, pump has been harder to come by with my current training. Looking forward to your thoughts on single scooping it!

Forgot to comment on the one scoop thoughts. From the days I've had with one scoops the focus has still been bomb along w a decent "smooth" energy, but from my experience I'll stick with one scoop on my lighter/assistance days and definitely two scoops on my high volume or my 5RM days. Great to see it delivering @ 1 scoop bc my brother can't handle much caffeine/stims due to epilepsy, and one scoop carries effective doses unlike dozens of PWO's which is perfect. Only complaint is the CC flavor at one scoop seemed kinda meh w 10-12 oz water
