How much water loss can I expect during week 1?

Just startetd Keto. I am on my 3rd day and things are going well. Except for some sweating and lethargy here and there. I am 255 lbs and 30% BF, 5'10

    My macros are 2400 kcal
    180g fat
    160g protein
    25g fat

I am drinking a lot of water, peeing a lot, and eating salty foods, and supplementing with magnesium.

    2-3 liters.

Your need to check your macros again. Reduce protein. It's bit high.

The average weight loss for a woman on a fast diet is about one pound a week. The initial weight loss is mostly water weight. The weight loss will vary so for some days you will lose more and for other you won't lose that much.

A lot of different factors in play here with water weight, but the important thing in your goal is to look at weekly loss during the plan.

i also think your taking too much protein(no digestive problem??) i'm guessing 1-2 liters, but really depends on the person. Make sure you weigh yourself on the same time in a day!(so morning after waking up for example)
If only there was a supplement for patience...
