    What to do on a deload week?

    I've never taken a break from working out, i currently do a 5-day split which has gotten me some of the best results with strength and general fitness. But lately my mind has felt a bit foggy and I have felt a bit unmotivated during workouts.

    Should I take a week off from all exercise or should I do a bodyweight circuit workout (something like chins, push ups, squats, leg lifts) and cardio just to maintain my fitness? What do you guys usually do on a deload?
