haunted houses here are stupid. they file all the people in one after another so it just becomes a noisy, dark cluster**** of an experience. the people who scream ahead of you give away that someone's going to jump out at you, and people are constantly pushing the line forward or backward.

agree with you, best to mind manners and chill
NP have good weekend!
Thanks Monkay
Yea I am even more pissed today now that I had time to think but hey, gotta let it go and focus on life
That temporary feeling of helplessness, fear and being locked in a police car is something that I hadnt felt before, just fukin terrible and has altered my opinion of cops significantly
2 good things:
This is something that in the past would set off my disordered eating but I controlled it, I ate more CHO cause my body was asking for that but didnt go the pizza/nachos route which I have in the past
Other good thing was........No ticket issued for the moving violation (if indeed it was) = insurance wont go up/no license points
Hope you and everyone has a great weekendNASM CPT

@boo
Well those are definitely two positive things, especially not having the disordered eating triggered. Thumbs up for finding the positive out of a very crappy incident.ig: @monkaycrak

I'm in Thai food heaven. Chicken pad thai and pumpkin curry. My mouth tingling from the spice.
Scoping out a snowshoeing trail tomorrow and then going to Santa Cruz on Sunday to watch my sister compete in another BJJ competition. Happy Friday and happy weekend all!
I can't do haunted houses. I'm a chicken, but I love a good scary movie. Going to see Ouija tonight! I'll bring a big scarf to hide under, and I'll cover my ears through the scary scenes. LolSay 'Yes' to new adventures: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=164965561

Sorry this happened to you bro. just lol at "probable cause"
Imagine how it could have went if your skin were a different color...
This.
Its sad some cops give ALL cops a bad name. Luckily, my dealings with cops in the past have been fairly positive.
Never been a fan of haunted houses. Why would I pay admission to get scared?

thanks Erik and congrats !
Thanks, not giving in to food (that I don't really need) was a great milestone for me; was in WalMart with a huge bag of chips, block of cheese, pizzas and I just walked away from the cart and went home lol
I kinda got a feeling of what that must be like for them
They performed their job with ZERO respect to me which was not cool at all
I am glad I have all of you here for support, appreciate it a lot >3
Have a great weekend all!NASM CPT

Here's a freebie.
Its a powerbuilding routine I have a friend of mine running. Its fairly general and leans towards the minimalist side of things, but I'm comfortable with other people running it as well.
For reference, I wrote it for him because he's been spinning his wheels for a while on the 5x5 type of routines. I'd say this is decent for anyone coming out of the noob stage and transitioning into an early intermediate.ig: @monkaycrak

Maaaaan yesterdays gig was insane. Sharing the bill with some of the worlds greatest musicians was an honour, and rubbing shoulders with them in the green room prior was just something else. Here's a shot of me warming up backstage with the sea on my back.
@Erik - the Red Velvet cake looked amaaaaaaaaaaazing. Don't get it looking that fine over here..

Will bulldoze without a single **** given to macros; you will be very happy with yours as well. Almost 5 pounds of candy coming at you. Mostly Reese's items, couple other random things that are/looked good.
Also one non-food item that is pretty... unique, at least for anyone in England.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
