Hello. I'm a 17 year old guy who was recently checked by doctors, my heart was checked. I did ECG check and Ultrasound. Doctors say everything is ok maybe the cause is anxiety. (i think i have experienced some anxiety attacks. I felt dizziness like i'm going pass out and my heart rate was rapid). About a week a go i did set on a T-bar (heavy one) after it i felt dizziness like i'm going to pass out. haven't trained till now. I've been in the gym today and Even after squat set with an empty bar i felt dizziness also like i'm going to pass out. What should i do? What do you think the problem is?

This could be caused by several factors.
1. Make sure your breathing rhythm is smooth and that you're also breathing enough during your sets.
2. What are you eating before your training? If you're not eating, that is most likely the cause. Also, it's possible that you're not eating enough carbohydrates, which would cause low blood sugar during training. That's a sure fire way to get dizzy.
3. How much water are you drinking? Lack of water can result in low blood pressure which will make you dizzy as heck during your sets. I've spoken to cardiologists about this issue before, and their recommendation was to drink at least 16 oz of water within one hour before training. You should be drinking at least 16, preferably 32 oz or more during training. To live is Christ, to die is gainz

I used to get this when I first started. I'd get dizzy and throw up but now I don't have any negative side effects from working out which I love. Your dizziness could be from that (if you've just recently started lifting) or it could be your carb intake, water intake etc. Eat more carbs for fuel, water for muscle fuel. Remember to control your breathing and keep it symmetric with your lifts. Good luck.

Dizziness from anxiety during workout
Anxiety can cause dizziness and when stressing the body during exertion, you might tend to get anxious and cause dizziness even worse. Makes you think it’s a cardiovascular problem and is not.
I have no remedy as I am still struggling with it myself. I refuse to use SSRI’s or other medications

I can relate, sometimes after a set of 6-10 reps of deadlifting I see spots and flashing lights. Make sure you're properly hydrated, properly fed, warmed up, and not lifting weight that forces you to resign perfect form. Perhaps try meditating for a few minutes before weight training for your anxiety, I find that it helps to clear the mind and results in focus on form/lifts.
