    It didn't do enough for me to justify buying it again. I think the older crowd seems to like it more for recovery.

According to that study, which was sponsored by the supp company providing the HMB-FA, the trained subjects magically saw gains twice as good as using a supraphysiological dose of T, and 4 times as good as creatine. Sorry, but I am not drinking the HMB-FA kool aid

    The FA version of HMB is exclusive to MuscleTech. It basically is great for recovery and allows a user to train with more volume and frequency.
