Sounds worth checking out.
On a related note, for the last 6 months or so I've been rocking the Masterbuilt Gravity Series smoker that has a 2 ft closed top charcoal chute with a controlled fan shooting at it into the chamber. Controls from 150 F up to 700 and gets there in minutes.
Got mine from Home Depot online but noticed they have a whole bunch in the store now.

Yeah, TX uses only 25% wind power, and not all of that went offline. A nuclear plant was shut down due to frozen instruments and many above ground natural gas pipes froze, which is what caused the blackouts.
But sure, it's fun to make it political.
WSJ says TX was charged $28 billion more under the de-regulated system.

Happy to be doing 60 minutes on the erg daily. Looking forward to some vamped up appetites and cravings. I kind of wanted to do two 45 minutes throughout the day as a progression, but I just kind of want to drive it all the way through to the end of the hour. As long as I can keep improving the numbers I'll just stick with this first thing in the morning. I'll eventually try to do it less fasted. I don't pay attention to cal/hr anymore I just do the split (minutes / set distance).
