I don't venture much beyond this thread. Most of the others are full of guys fearful of life and change and compromise and challenge that I have to escape back to reality. All in all the world is a pretty good place if you are confident in yourself and have a willingness to realize that no one is ever completely in control over what happens in their lives. Just go along for the ride. Most guys in their early 20's haven't figured that out yet, so that basis would create the darkness you're mentioning. And I'm not faulting those younger guys - I was like that once too. But over time, maturity and experience gave me a different perspective.

I use a fan on full an try an ignore it. As a kid I would half fill a hot water bottle with water an freeze it. Take it out of the freezer an add a lil bit of water. Cold water bottle.
