I love doing AMRAP's and thought it would be cool if we had a thread going showcasing some of our best AMRAP sets.
Looking for an excuse for some more traffic on this section, as it's one of the few not full of idiots on this site.
For those who may not be aware, that's 'As Many Reps As Possible' given a certain weight.
If people posted ITT regularly, I could even update some of the best AMRAP'ers in each weight class
I'll start us off with one I posted and misc that no one cared about
405 x 12 Deadlift, probably could've gotten 13 or 14, but form began to considerably breakdown. Still a big PR and I'm happy with it.
Sidebar, loving the 4K video quality on my new 6S, many liftin' vids to be taken.

I just did 325x17 squat on saturday, no vid tho. Seems like a good challenge thread. I wouldnt do it for deadlift. Or bench. Or anything other than squat.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

Mirin' intelligent programming for injuries
Speaking of, gonna be hitting 225 Bench AMRAP Friday, stoked to try to break the 20 mark.
That, sounds fuarking grueling. I think deadlift is the easiest, personally. Squat AMRAPs suuuuuck. I remember a few months ago I started doing a 225 squat AMRAP and got to 20 and just said nope f**k this and racked it.**Georgia Crew**

What's your max??
****!! Gnarly!!
Ya my therapist has been pretty good with everything! She cleared me to warm up rep this month without the Slingshot (did 285 comp bench no pain) so I'm getting there. It is semi frustrating just cause it's not hurting anymore. Minimal flair ups. But can't "jump" into anything. January 31st I can "1RM" (not struggling. Going to where my shoulder feels it) and after that 1 working set added a week.
TL;DR
February adding one working set a week.

I have a $30 co-pay a visit. My medical coverage (Bluse Cross Pro Shield) is pretty bad ass!!
I would recommend one!! Last year they got me from a grade 2 calf injury to squatting again in 2 1/2 months. And I feel the injury is definitely fully recovered as its been a year and I can do 545 barbell calf raises (drop sets) and it feels great.
Nice going!!
Is that Metroflex?

Brah gnarly especially on the same day. Would rep but on R/C. I'm guessing squat went last lol
Want to try bodyweight AMRAP's now. 225 bench is almost, a little high.
Not sure how I feel about dumbbell AMRAP's, mainly a lactic acid thing most likely. Sweet bench AMRAP tho, another on the bodyweight train.
LOL at 29.5 reps, that chit counts right? Some of those were lookin' a little questionable hah.**Georgia Crew**

Haven't done bodyweight ARAP's but I've done @210BW
225x20 squat
225x15 bench
435x4 deadstop deadlift
I don't enjoy ARAPs, and am very inefficient at them, but sometimes I do them. I don't even like going above 6 reps haha.
I think I did it squat bench deadlift or something like that.402/314/435-1151@213 w/ sleeves USPA
I can do all this through Christ who gives me strength.
