I've been going to the gym for a little over a month now. I'm already seeing a difference in tone and strength. I wish I took pics of my legs before though cause those have really improved. I'll post an update after 3 months.
Height: 5'11''
Weight: Before - 178
After - 182

Didn't mean to offend, my man. You can fix this really easily with more frequent abdomanal exercises. Work on your obliques too. I wasn't necessarily talking about your dips in your torso, I was reffering to how in the picture your stomach is very long and soft but still skinny. Its something typical in a tall woman. If you work on your chest more and obliques, i can see this going away really fast.
As for the dips in your torso, I have those too. Don't be too concerned with them. My best guess is love handles. I carry most of my fat in my love handle region and I get the dip because of it. You might just be unlucky enough like I am to carry a lot in that region. I carry almost no fat in my legs and arms, but i would say 85 percent of my body fat is in my love handle region and lower belly.
Take a look at my profile and youll see I have the dip as well. Granted the angle makes them look worse than they really are but oh well.
Do some cable chest raises from a low cable to develop your lower pecs. It'll make the difference. And sorry if I offended.
Happy Lifting!Trust yourself. Break Some Rules. Don't Be Afraid to Fail. Ignore the Naysayers. Work Like Hell. Give Something Back.

3 months progress
5"8 145lbs. Went to the gym for about 3 months then stretched a tendon in my hand so stopped for about 3 months and felt like I lost gains. Started back in August and going hard and counting my calories. Here's my 3 months progress from 3 months.
Sorry no before pic but was a skinny fat c*nt.
Pics are on my bodyspace, won't let me post links.

my progress
Hello guys, I hope you are all over mother! ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Well, I never saw him talk about why I started in this world of weights everything started when I had a love break, really was very destroyed I did not know what to do with my life
a cousin told me to get into training to forget about that for a while, although at the beginning I struggled a lot to adapt because the bars fell off, and the dumbbells
I spent some time afterwards, I liked this bodybuilding world, I love the sensation of muscular cogestion, it is something I can not live with, just as diet has been part of my life and I know that it is an important key to reach the body perfect I've been training for 1 year,I would like to know your opinion on this that I told you about itLast edited by gerardohdz; 12-19-2017 at 02:07 PM.
