Meh if youre not competing in powerlifting just use them when you want. At least do your lighter rep work without straps, but using them for your maximal loads isnt an issue.
I rarely use straps since my grip is stronger than my deadlift, but I will use them when doing dumbbell shrugs and rows just to give the forearms a break since theyre already abused so badly from work and lifting

is it too late to join the wcc?
put on about 4 lbs of fat since Christmas cause i kept delaying diet lol. Gonna hop on keto tomorow for a week or 2 to get rid of bloat and a little fat then go for a conventional diet.
never dieted before so dont know what to expect

i would rather use straps than over/under tbh. i use hook grip because i've got hands like baseball gloves but even then i'm like "is this worth the 1% chance of nerve damage?"

I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.

2 days post stop taking EC and i think it is not for me. while i was on EC i was anxious and always mad/ didnt care. now i am sort of normal again. just going to do a bit extra cardio than take ec. i am tired though since im not used to taking almost no caffeine for the day.
