This is once again where I'm the anomaly as stallion puts it. You can equip the R with AC/Radio, but the resonators don't make it that much louder, plus it has the exhaust switch for quiet vs loud mode. I usually drive loud and obnoxious cars, it doesn't bother me, I truly love to drive and all aspects of it. The first thing I plan to do is open up the exhaust and I'll be patiently waiting for someone to develop some equal length triple-y headers.
But yeah the R is marked up everywhere. The regular GT350s are around 5K and the Rs are looking at 15-20K on average. I completely agree that with the ADMs it puts the car into another bracket and brings more cars into the comparison, but that's where you just have to play the waiting game. I got a good deal but a lot won't. The performance difference between the regular 350 and the R is very minuscule. If you really think about it for the price difference of the two (especially considering ADM) you can throw some weight savings into the regular car and be on par with less invested. But that would be on you, and not from the factory. The R will definitely hold value much better.
Not trying to sound like a ford fanboy around here. Like I said I would love to own an F-Type, Cayman GTS/GT4, 911, etc but I just have to weigh the practically and price vs performance. I'm doing well but I'm not quite ceo 10k day yet lol.

Not arguing with you on any of the points you listed, I agree with you actually. Im just saying its hard to put the R in the same class vs the 3 cars the OP listed. I do agree with you that the performance figures are miniscule compared to the regular GT350. Its just a more stripped down version like the BMW m3 CSL. I was just pointing the fact that the other cars originally listed had creature comforts where as the R is more of a recreational car. But more power to you if you are getting the R as a daily driver, plus like you said the value it will hold is a lot better compared to the base 350.
No fan boy taken, I own a roush raptor so I can appreciate cars from all manufactures.

I'm 6'1" and easily fit in my Exige. Sure, you have to bend in half to get in but as long as you're under 60 and aren't an invalid, it's not a problem. BTW exige is more fun than any of the cars we're talking about (plus more exotic and more attention getting), but of course faaaarrr less comfortable. Also not available new in US.
No sir, I don't like it.

Ya the prices on the new 911's are getting very hefty. Base 911's right now are 80k, plus its porsche so EVERYTHING is optional. I remember back when the 996's were out 80k could get you a pretty well equipped 911 S.
I hear you on the rear seats, I have a son so having rear seats is a must even if they are non existent. Its funny when you have a child a lot of your buying decisions start to change drastically.
Heres a picture of my son. Its kind of irrelevant since i blocked his face out but I guess its still considered car reference haha.

From the three choices, I'd pick the F-type. To me, they are visually gorgeous. I've driven the M3/M4, an they are fantastic but for overall appeal and relative exclusivity; F-type. The Corvette is great, but I wouldn't do a base model. It would have to be the C7Z, or at the very least the Z51 package. Or the GT350/R, for everything. I'm not even a Mustang fan, but the performance specs and what Ford is trying to do with that car is phenomenal.

Depending on what it costs you I would do it. They'll likely retain their value or if nothing else you could flip it for a quick buck. If Caymans do go the FI 4 banger then could bump the value quite a bit. At least int the 911 they're keeping the flat 6. And given the FI is supposedly for fuel economy it should be detuned which means it should be easy to extract some additional power. Could help to drive down prices for the NA water cooled models.
Pretty much my thinking as well though if reliability is a concern then I'd have to pick the vette.wait wut
