    Cutting...but getting stronger?

I've been cutting for a little over 3 months now I'm down 18 lbs, But my bench, squat, and dead lift have all gone up? I thought they'd go for sure but I've put 20lbs on my bench press (185-205)*5 30 on my dead lift (310-340)*1 and 40 on my squat (185-225)*5. Whats happening why are my goals going up but my weight going down? (not that i'm complaining or anything just confused.)

Many times when you are new to lifting you can still make large gains even while cutting, albeit not as much as if you'd be bulking. This is also a good sign and means you're probably not losing too much muscle. Keep up the good work.
