When and where to get a coach?

Been cranking up my focus more and more lately, but still have a long ass way to go. I'm actually moving to Germany with the Army in a few months and hope desperately to get on a military team. I dunno if my lifts are enough at 525/335/555 @ 285, although

Online coaching might have to be the route I go unless I find someone in Germany. PR'd my squat today at 525 and I'm kinda realizing that the closer I get to 600 the more I'm moving into the unknown.

Edit - Took out video, just found the video thread. Won't let me edit the title, I'm a noob?

I'm weaker than you and recently got with a coach. It was such a great decision. I'm a month into the training.

The weaker the person is the more likely it is that they need a coach. I don't know what you are getting at by asking if you lift enough yet.

Post the video here. That section is more for showing lifts off, than asking for advice.
    330 squat (no wraps) - 237 bench - 457 deadlift (IPF approved bar) - 132 bodyweight
    375 squat (no wraps) - 275 bench - 518 deadlift (IPF approved bar) - 148 bodyweight
    430 squat (no wraps) - 331 bench - 535 deadlift (IPF approved bar) - 165 bodyweight

I dunno, there's probably plenty that I'm doing wrong with programming or with my lifts. I know that I'm going to need help to get to that 1800 total that I want.

I posted it because I know there are much stronger guys here and I was just wondering if they're coached and if so at what point.
