PM sent with the brunt of the workout routine from the assessment, since some of the movements are based off of the rep goal system you would be adding weight on to your working weight once the certain rep goals are reached by adding up the total of reps you get per sets and if you don't reach the number(s) that day, then you stay with the same weight until you do.

Hope all is well with everyone!

Still here lurking. Had shoulder surgery a while back and I'm fat as hell and outta shape. Quit smoking so that's good. I was looking to order some resistance bands for rehab and rack work. Any input is appreciated.
Saw some on Amazon today that looked promising. Carry on Gents.

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

They can't be any worse than the factory seconds I bought off ebay for $40.
I have a single mini band that's starting to wear out, but I exclusively use it for shoulder warm ups, daily. There's no reason that these shouldn't hold up for years.
These are the bands I bought off ebay for $41:

If you need them to use on a bar, you need 2 packs.Crews: Ivanko Barbell Crew #52, York Barbell Club #95, Equipment Crew #59

Efficient looking set up, are Arsenal now producing all of their equipment in house?. I was given a tour of Watson's new facility here in the UK, it was like being a kid in Santa's workshop, their dumbbell manufacturing section was really something.
I've not seen any Arsenal equipment in person, it certainly looks impressive.

On that hike with the owl in the tree, I saw rabbits, lizards, at least one hawk, the owl shown earlier, five deer (in three groups), a pack of javelina, and a bobcat. I rarely see bobcats! I do sometimes see deer, but rarely five in one day.
It seemed to me that the bobcat was stalking the javelina. I found this surprising - javelina are pretty big, well at least compared to the size of a bobcat. While I think that perhaps a pack of coyote or a mountain lion could bring one down, I think a bobcat is too small to kill an adult javelina. It might have a chance against a young one though.
I only got photos of the owl and two of the javelina. Here are the javelina photos...
I haven't seen many snakes this year. I think I maybe have seen two since the start of the year. Normally, I'd have seen well over a dozen by now.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #35

Surgery time for me.
I'm seeing a surgeon on Wednesday for an umbilical hernia (thanks whooping cough & yes, I was vaccinated) that I believe I've had 2+ years, but didn't notice it too much, until recently. At least I got in some PRs last training cycle. My joints will enjoy the break at least, lol.Crews: Ivanko Barbell Crew #52, York Barbell Club #95, Equipment Crew #59
