I thought this was going to be about how his low volume high intensity training was a scam and he was out the back doing 20 pump sets of every exercise when nobody was looking.
And that he actually did bent over rows with the normal grip.

what is this thread? fake? I dont get it. Dorian admits to using, and a lot of people that have ventured upward in dose, say he was lying about his use. These are the people that just have sucky genetics.

Yes he lied about taking drugs because he knew everyone would hate him if he told the truth (100% natural), so he had to make up this story to avoid being crucified. He also made up tearing his bicep so that Shawn Ray could live the rest of his life thinking he was an uncrowned Mr. Olympia.
