Glad you enjoy them! Every once in a while I actually go to the homepage thing for my youtube channel and see years of hundreds of freaking vids I've uploaded, lmao. It's really easy since I vid my sets at home for my own review anyways but yes I am fully aware of how crazy that must look.
Hey! Oh crap, ok gonna be honest here... I don't, BUT if it makes you feel any better I suck so bad at names/faces that I continue to not be able to recognize a lot of work related people that I've seen for 10 years straight, srs. It's a problem. I'll be like "oh hey there... uh, I don't think we've met?" And they're like "damnit Hammie, we go through this EVERY MONTH!" And then they run away crying and I steal their cupcake they left unattended. Completely srs though I have a real problem with names. If everybody would just use my much more logical system and go by number IDs it would help tremendously plus it makes more sense. Anyways, welcome (back.) Do you have a journal over here too?

Smashed the weights hard! I got really crappy sleep and not much of it last night but it didn't seem to effect anything. I'm re-hydrating today (weighed in at 165 with clothes on ) so I'm clearly missing some water weight. A hungry, rage filled workout ensued. Hammer Strength row is progressing nicely.
And WTF you guys I think I need Dr House's cousin Dr Garage DDS up in here. Ok I really questioned if I was having a stroke, srs. I was talking on the phone and am hearing this weird noise from my ear or my teeth. Ears are fine and spider free (yes was afraid of that) but I swear I must have broke a tooth? All teeth are present and accounted for, yes go to dentist regularly and have no current issues, no pain, nothing looks chipped. So I tried to get a camera view with my phone to see my top teeth and now my face hurts and I am whistling like a tooth fell out, the noise is a tiny bit noticeable to me. Tried drinking really cold water to hopefully have a little spot hurt so I would know where to look, but nothing hurts. Stuck my hand in there and nothing is loose or sharp as far as I can tell. WTF I may be dying or hallucinating (yeah I think those are the only two options that make sense here.) Will have to see if I notice this tomorrow and if so then call dentist when they open Thurs. Not sure if I'm gonna make it guise (but hopefully I make it long enough for next DL day, I've been looking forward to it.)Current PRs:

Maybe you just got tinnitus or something.
Isn't it weird how good workouts can line up with crappy sleep/self maintenance?
I couldn't even get to sleep last night until 2 hours past my bedtime. I woke up at 3AM for no reason, yet my lifts came together today. You can't help the hopeless.

Nice job going all Ham on those weights after your deload!!
Tooth issue is weird. It may be cracked low in the back where you can't see it unless you have one of those dental tools with a mirror on it. I'm sitting here feeling all of my teeth with my tongue to try to check for cracks Did you eat anything that would have caused it to crack? That noise/feeling would drive me crazy! Hope you get it figured out soon!My journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159386641

Look up TMJ and see if any of that fits. I have that and osteoarthritis on both sides. I get pretty magical noises when the jaw pops out of place and I have constant pain regularly 4-6 on the pain scale.
Epic return to lifting Ham!If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

Sounds like the setup for a dirty joke, but dunno.
Thanks, I hope so!
Thanks Jen. Lol yeah I tried to get a good view with some small mirrors but am not noticing anything weird. Could be a crack still. I really don't eat anything chewy or hard on the teeth. I lost a filling due to some trail mix one time and was like ok that's it, no more crunchy stuff.
Lol at magical noises, I'm usually up for those but this one is driving me nuts. Fortunately I don't have any painful teeth. Goolged TMJ - holy crap!! I don't think it's that, but man that looks scary.
Issue is slightly better today but still noticeable. I'm thinking I either have a very small crack in a tooth and I can't see it or something in my ear/nose/throat went BOOM when I was in the sauna yesterday and messed up the pressure in my head. There's always been something weird with my ears because every time I travel by plane my ears won't pop for 3-4 days after and everything sounds like it's underwater all that time. So yeah apparently my whole stupid face is broken. :/Current PRs:

Haha, well I don't blame you one bit :P I think the last time I was active was 2013? Or maybe that was 2011. I would not do well in a world of number IDs for names clearly. I do not have a journal anymore. I did have one that was something like "Operation Sexy Beast" or something but I have not made a new one yet. I am in the process of asskicking myself to get into gear and start working out so I figure I should not bother making one until I start the working out part.

Concerning the memory issue. Do you use caffine a lot because i found that my memory is worse when I use it. I think it depletes chemicals in the brain and thats why but I also think a good diet makes a difference as well. I think eating vegetables also would help that.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Get to it girl! Start picking up some weights and putting em down and picking em up again!
I don't, only caffeine I have is in pre-workouts which I don't even have daily. I don't drink coffee, pop, or tea with caffeine. Memory seems to be fine, it's just all these people with these names that make no sense and are exactly alike - everybody's name is Steve, Dave, and Mike, they just kinda blur together. Numbers are easier to get a mental image of (even with my noisy broken ears/teeth lulz.)Current PRs:

Hey hammie just catching up in your journal a bit, loved your vids I do like watching folks lift heavy stuff and not that much of it goes on in my gym sadly
Re 531 when I did I I used to do 55331 Because ye the volume is stupid low. I'm just doing some invented thing now because I can't cope with how complicated PL programs are...
Your tooth thing sounds awful so annoying. Is it any better? I have the can't remember names too - but I can't actually remember who ppl even are if I see them in unfamiliar surroundings. Like I know I know them but I don't know who they are, this can be people I know quite well too! It's so embarrassing. There's a thing called face blindness and I think I might have it a bit?

I do like heaving heavy stuff up over my head and growling and then putting it back down lulz. That's a really good idea to double up on the rep sets. Yeah I don't understand why the volume is so low on that. I would be leaving the gym mad every time because I haven't sufficiently thrown my ovaries to the wallz!

Thanks, I do like my rows.
-------------------------------------------
Rest day today, the next thing in line is DL/pull ups/rows. I got my wrist wraps from Rogue in the mail today so I'll have those for bp day. They seem a lot sturdier than the little thin ones I use for close grip bp. I was starting to worry about my wrists on regular bp after a certain point.
Also discovered these Terra BBQ Sweets chips by accident. They're sweet potato chips which usually I would avoid because it sounds too fancy, but something about the pic on it was HNNGGG. Oh man, these are the best, I need to lock these up after I have a little bit, still tryna finish this cut, damn you delicious chips!Current PRs:

I had a professor in law school who had face blindness. We had to sit in assigned seats so he had some hope of getting our names right, but he was still confused as phuck. He'd call out one name while looking at a different student, so we had no idea who he was trying to talk to.

Everybody's human name is so similar though, it's kinda impossible to tell them apart. If we even went by cat/dog names or internet names that would help everybody, brb Emperor Fluffypants and Peppered Angus are my neighbors, ok, that I can work with.

Ok, well if they're purple then yes I'm willing to try this. I picked up a couple more packs of the BBQ sweet potato today and noticed they have about 7 other flavors I'll have to dabble with. Gonna get me some bison burgers, steak, peanuts, and these chips for grill time feasting.
I got 18" so the middle length ones. They feel a lot sturdier than the thin stretchy ones I have currently but I still have some mobility, not cast like at all. I'll try them on bench Sat and see how it goes. I don't like that thumb loop but I guess I can ignore it and not use it if I want.Current PRs:

Incline DB Row on bench:
40s x 10
45s x 9
50s x 8
50s x 8
40s x 10
^^^not sure if this is even a real exercise but it seemed quite useful
OTHER PREHAB:
-Stretching 30min
-Foam Rolling with Spike on wall 5min
Followed this for DL from journaler IAGD:
3x 75%
3x 80%
3x 85% (can do an optional AMRAP here)
3x 90% (optional joker set, optional AMRAP)
1x singles (optional heavy singles, 1-3 sets total)
1x singles
1x singles
3x 5-8x 75% (first set last optional back-off volume work, I'd aim for 5-8 reps on the first set, then try to match that same rep # for all 3 sets)
I think this method will be very good for squat too. I'm going to change it a little bit for bench though, I'll figure that out the day beforehand. On OHP it actually looks like this will work fine.
Pull ups kinda sucked but those incline rows felt awesome. I tried to do incline with a barbell but it is hitting the bench so that didn't work. DB incline rows are fine, I'm just trying to get rows in often.
Finally went ahead and ordered a FitBit Charge HR, actually two. My dad wants a basic HR monitor and activity tracker and is retiring at the end of the month so it will be his retirement present. He has heart problems he has to watch and his doc and PT want him to do light exercise 5x a week. Right now he barely exercises but does seem very serious about starting something and even joining a gym. Anyway I needed something to replace my BodyMedia which doesn't work anymore and if I have the same exact device my dad has then I can help him learn how to use it so rage does not ensue.Current PRs:

Nice job moving those 50s on incline DB rows
LOL at getting your dad the same fitbit that you got for yourself. Great idea!! My mother in law has a kindle and wants me to show her how to use it. I have no clue! I told her to get an iPad and then I can help her
