I am a 24 year old male and I have worked out on and off throughout my life. The only supplement I have ever taken is whey protein for after working out. I am currently doing the Insanity work out and almost done with my first month. The whey protein is just not giving me the recovery I need. During the workouts I feel so tired and drained. Then at work the next day I can barely make it up a few flights of steps without my legs feeling like lead. I am not looking to gain a huge amount of muscle, but to just be lean and fit. I am looking to add a preworkout, but I want it to be stim free and I am having some difficulty picking a good one. I am looking for any advice or suggestions for a stim free preworkout and any supplements that would help me. Thank you all in advance for the help and advice.
