I can believe him. I've been lifting seriously for about 4 months now and have added 70 pounds for reps to my bench at maintenance. If he's bulking and thats a 1rm i find it believable

good job man! Keep at that ****. You'll be up to 3 plates soon. It's a good benchmark. But now I just want 365. I'm back into a strength training routine so hopefully can end it in a 335 bench. Cutting right now so trying to up strength while doing so is a bitch.. But it can be done.
