Chest/Shoulder Day
Had a rough day for Monday's Squat Day.
Came into the gym with a 10/10 mindset... with a radical goal of getting 600 on squats.
Easily nailed 495 on squats but failed twice times on the 505 :/ Breathing was off..
Switched over to Sumo Deadlifts.. I haven't done these in such a long time.
Was aiming for maybe 495 for 1 rep but 405 worn me out :/
A bright color for a brighter day!
Today's (Tuesday) Push session was amazing
Ran out of time to prepare for my preworkout meal, so I ate a big bowl of cereal and banana..
Man, it was easily one of the best PWO meal my body responded well to

-67rep x 135lbs *Rep PR!! Not sure if I miscounted, but I went well beyond 50 reps on these
Reverse Grip Barbell Incline Bench
-3 sets of 95lbs w/ negative rep *lightweight but quality
Dumbbell Flyes
-3 sets of 35lbs
Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press
3 sets of 45lbs, 65lbs, 75lbs
Dumbbell Lat Raises
3 sets of 25lbs *quality reps
Circuit:
Barbell Standing Shoulder Press
Barbell Standing Behind Neck Press
Barbell Upright Rows
-10reps x 45lbs each
-10reps x 65lbs each
-10reps x 85lbs each
-10reps x 105lbs each
-8reps x 125lbs for just first exercise.
Smith Machine Front Raises

Hehe ..... I'm with you Ray! I never had to pay alimony but I lost 75% of everything at 55 years of age. At least I still have my kids and my health
I can't even comprehend struggling for a pull and then adding 50 pounds and pulling that, however ugly! Just some awesome strength now Brian and that 505/385/595 is now an impressive 1485 total if you could put it all together on a day

Had a rough Leg Session on Friday.
Was waiting for squat racks to be open.. (these 4 wanna-be Animal-wearing groupies hogged 4 separate racks wtf)
Ended up sharing a rack with Angela. Got a bit annoying re-racked the weights set after set
Angela nailed a PR of 315, which shocked the groupies nearby.. whereas I stopped at 515 :/

This is so freaking cool
I am happy to say that I found one!! Its in November hosted by 8 Time Mr Olympia, Lee Haney
I lift with one of the former pro powerlifter (he retired; showed a video of him pulling 800+ ) that is currently a judge for the Lee Haney show. So he said he'll prep me when I'm 13 weeks out!
WOOOHOOO!! In awe that I didn't lose you guys despite lack of posting
Will post back in everyone's journal/log tonight and get **** going this week!!
