Hi all o/ at the moment im doing 5x5 on me deads of 130kg . now i was wondering would i progress me numbers/strength better if i did 5x3 of say 160kg on me deads instead or should i keep with me 5x5. im 31 133kg/293 pounds and me 1rm dead is 210kg?
Cheers All any advice for a Beginner would be great
