I can confirm I am the prodigal son
. How's everyone doing? Today was the beginning of my 3rd week back to work post surgery. So far so good. I have been doing well. The doctor had me stop therapy because it caused my nerve pain to come back full blown 3 weeks ago. I was ripping out 9 exercises each of which had 30 sets (270 sets per session) without rest and then ride a resistance bike 4 miles in less than 15 mins. He said they were over working me and not doing what he told them to and I was going 3 times a week :-/
In other news, eye doctor says I'm getting old
. I have issues by evening focusing on anything in front of me so I will have my glasses tomorrow they say. I have to wear them whenever I use my phone, read a book, use a PC etc.
Hope everyone has been well doing well and congrats on the new addition to the family Landon!

Haha! I have had my car for 3 years and was trtying to figure out how to use my phone to play music from my Spotify account because with Android it wont play in car with a USB cord. So googled and watched some youtube videos about my car and how to pair the bluetooth. I saw this button the girl used and was speaking commands. I went outside and checked mine...
