I'm still at it too......
I stopped tracking on the 1st but I'm still holding @ 146, I'm happy there. I started a full body routine 3x a week, so far I'm happy with it. My only problem is the 3 day a week part...... I really want to go more
I'm only doing the big lifts now, finally !!! Squats 2x a week & DL's once. Squats are killin me but DL's feel great....... should hit 315 within a month. Ohp working sets at #90 but moving foward. Bench work is up to 135- this is my biggest struggle.
Updated on my surgery results......
My fusion is 100% healed. The doc said my recovery was amazing. Unfortunately I definitely have nerve damage. I still have pain down my arm and started having a lot of pain in my joints, mainly fingers & wrist. He wants me to try Lyrica but the side effects scare the hell outta me, lol. I see the doc again in Aug.
Thats about it for me..........
Oh, my current goal is to maintain 145ish until my lifts stall. Most would prolly bulk but I am regaining strength and see no need to add weight, I just don't think I'll get stronger from eating more. If I wasn't dealing with this surgery crap I would prolly jump back to #155.

Sept 1 update
Picture of me Sept 1. (tank top sun line) Doesn't look like much difference but fat is going. Not crazy about what the skin is doing but hopefully it tightens up. Down to 173. Goal is 168 for Dec 1. Doing bodyweight exercises 3X per week 1 hour each. Rarely any cardio. Protein intake is at 60-80g per day. Calories around 1700. Mostly vegetables, fish and any junk I feel like. Still eating all calories in a 4-6 hour window. Easy lifestyle to maintain. (Don't normally wear my pants like a retard but these jeans are literally falling off.) Blood panel came back excellent. Next update Dec 1.
