I was wondering what is everybody's snatch grip deadlift to back squat ratio? Are you squatting more or snatch grip pulling more? As these lifts involve many of the same muscles, I believe that its a valid comparison.
I maxed out today and hit 210kg on the snatch grip deadlift, while at the same time my best back squat (high bar, ATG) is only 170kg. That gives a 124% SNDL:Back squat ratio
I was watching videos of some professional weightlifters and the ones I've been able to find are:
* Igor Lukaning: 300 kg snatch grip deadlift to a 330kg back squat so 91%
* Mart Seim: 300kg snatch grip deadlift to a 350kg back squat so 86%
Basically somehow these guys have squats far ahead of their pulls while as with me its the other way around.
How about you?
I was wondering what could be the cause of this and what could I do to maximize my squat numbers as that has more carryover to weightlifting than a strong pull in my opinion.

Snatch grip deadlift to back squat ratio
Strength + Speed = Power
If you never fail, you aren't truly pushing yourself to the limit. If you never push yourself to the limit, how do you know what you're truly capable of?
